Question 1

Can you handle the permits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull and manage the commercial mechanical permits for our scope as part of the job. Permit costs are itemized in your proposal, not buried.

Question 2

Do you work directly with general contractors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's our core business. We work as a mechanical subcontractor for GCs on commercial projects, handling HVAC scope from bid through closeout. We provide itemized, firm lump-sum proposals so there are no surprises.

Question 3

What kind of HVAC work do you do?

Accepted Answer

Commercial HVAC and refrigeration — rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF, and refrigeration. We handle new installation, replacement, service, and maintenance. As an authorized LG dealer, we also design, install, and service LG Multi V VRF systems.

Question 4

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Send us your plans or scope and we'll put together a detailed, itemized proposal. Every line is visible — equipment, labor, permits, and any required crane or electrical work. Reach out through our contact page or give us a call.

Question 5

Do you install A2L (R-454B) equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're current on the refrigerant transition and install A2L-compliant commercial equipment with proper certified handling. If you're replacing older R-410A or R-22 units, we'll walk you through your options.

Question 6

How fast can you respond?

Accepted Answer

For active GC projects, we work to your schedule. For service issues on commercial equipment, reach out and we'll get you a response — and in an Austin summer, we know a down unit can't wait.

Question 7

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold Texas HVAC license TACLA #159287C and Arizona ROC #366528, and carry full general liability, auto, umbrella, and workers' comp coverage. We're also an approved Austin Energy participating contractor. Documentation is available for prequalification.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're a commercial HVAC and refrigeration mechanical subcontractor based in Austin, serving the greater Austin and San Antonio markets, plus Phoenix, Arizona. If your project is in or around those metros, we can help.
