Yes — that's our core business. We work as a mechanical subcontractor for GCs on commercial projects, handling HVAC scope from bid through closeout. We provide itemized, firm lump-sum proposals so there are no surprises.

What kind of HVAC work do you do?

Commercial HVAC and refrigeration — rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF, and refrigeration. We handle new installation, replacement, service, and maintenance. As an authorized LG dealer, we also design, install, and service LG Multi V VRF systems.

Do you install A2L (R-454B) equipment?

Yes. We're current on the refrigerant transition and install A2L-compliant commercial equipment with proper certified handling. If you're replacing older R-410A or R-22 units, we'll walk you through your options.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold Texas HVAC license TACLA #159287C and Arizona ROC #366528, and carry full general liability, auto, umbrella, and workers' comp coverage. We're also an approved Austin Energy participating contractor. Documentation is available for prequalification.
